According to American Psychology Association (APA), people may feel and experience lack of interest in daily activities and hobbies, significant changes in weight, insomnia or excessive sleeping, lack of energy and body fatigue, inability to concentrate and feelings of worthlessness or guilt that leads to thoughts of death or suicide.
