Hi, I’m Thien-Nha, a junior at Los Altos High. I am currently the president of OSAT where I work to execute the club’s main goals of working with Los Altos High to improve mental health services and knowledge for students. This club is important to me because I am personally affected by mental health issues and passionate about helping people. In my free time, I like reading, writing, and listening to music. Hey, I'm Nidhee Reddy, a junior at LAHS. I am the Vice President of Education and in charge of fundraising for the club. I want to pursue medicine, most likely something related to pediatrics, in the future. I enjoy reading and watching TV in my spare time. To me, this club is a way to help my peers learn and benefit from mental health awareness.

Hello everyone! I am a junior at Los Altos High school and I am currently in charge of running this website, connecting the members with NAMI and advisor, and managing overall communications and programs. I want to pursue art (Illustration, storytelling and fine art) in the future. I also enjoy watching and making films, listening to music and thinking.
I was always interested in learning about psychology and philosophy. So I think this is a great opportunity to engage in life-changing activities. If you have questions, feel free to contact me!

Hi! My name is Allison Lee and I'm currently a junior at Los Altos High School. This year, I'm serving as One Step At a Time's public relations/social media manager. I am extremely passionate about community service, psychology, and helping others. Mental health has so much stigma around it and it's time to break that stigma, starting at LAHS. I will be running our Instagram page (follow @lahsmentalhealth !), sending announcement emails, and working with Sua, our VPPR. I look forward to the upcoming year :)

Hi there! I'm Klaire, your treasurer, and I'm currently a junior attending Los Altos High. Some of my hobbies include programming, volleyball, and running. As your treasurer, I will do my best to set up fundraisers and deal with the outside/inside school affiliated events. As teens growing up today, it is very possible that we may or eventually may suffer from mental health issues, and OSAT believes that this should be addressed. Thank you for taking part in such a life-changing and eye-opening experience!

Hi! I'm Yelena, one of your education managers and a sophomore at Los Altos High. As a stressed high schooler myself, I want to help break the stigma surrounding mental health and bring it into the light (which may just cause me more stress, but such are the struggles of high school, might as well as get used to it early haha).

Hi, everyone! I'm Yixin Jia and one of the Education Manager here at OSAT. As high school students, finding the right way to deal with stress and cope with the daily pressure we perceive every day is essential to our wellness, both mentally and physically. I believe OSAT will this job well and I'm looking forward to make more contributions.
