Stress Free
.We are grilled every day with assignments, responsibilities, and exams and this can lead to anxiety and stress. Stress is one of the main components that can hinder a student's mental health. According to the American Psychological Association, having a high-stress level can increase fatigue, irritation, and decrease in concentration. If one reaches a pressure point, the stress level can trigger major consequences.
Reminder: We are not providing any therapy, but we are giving out ideas to cope with stress! We do also encourage looking for professional help.

MUSIC RECOMMENDATION
"When people are very stressed, there is a tendency to avoid actively listening to music. Perhaps it feels like a waste of time, not helping to achieve anything. But as we know, productivity increases when stress is reduced, so this is another area where you can gain vast rewards. It just takes a small effort to begin with." - Jane Collingwood
These are all recommendations from fellow students who listen to music for destressing.
