We always forget to remind ourselves that everyone has different stories and different personal struggles. Dealing with mental illness or even just emotional turmoil is tough especially with a massive school workload, overwhelming extracurricular activities, volunteer work and more. The responsibilities keep expanding as we grow up, yet we never give ourselves a time to reflect and relax. 

 

This page is for people who are afraid to reach out for help, who are lost, who are looking for relaxation and who are interested in educating themselves about mental health.

 

Remember, mental illness is not something that is abnormal. Don't let the word, "illness" fool you.
